Being in a position of the Chief Maintenance department "EC-135" (within 8 years) as Maintenance engineer on aircraft Eurocopter EC-135T2+ primary activity was:
Maintaining the airworthiness of Eurocopter EC135 T2 aircraft . Identification, defects isolation in both mechanical and avionics. Dispatch of the aircraft under MMEL requirements. The operation of the AC according to the FLM, AMM, MSM, MM ENGINE. Correspondence with helicopter and engine manufacturer. Tracking the resource status of airframe units, the organization of the purchase of spare parts, consumables, fuel, contacts with suppliers of spare parts. Preparation of technological documentation in holding Maintenance operating since the operative service (Preflight Check, After last flight Check) to severe form such as 100, 200, 500, 1000 fh to 12-month inspection. Organization and implementation of SB, ASB. verification of technical documentation for the airframe and engines.
Development of the program for mainrenance, changes. Development of the operating enterprise activity manual, preparation for certification. Aircraft certification. Placement of tech. personal, work planning and preparation of daily tasks. I have fully organized follow severe forms of periodic maintenance, procurement of equipment and tools, consumables and spare parts whose replacement is planned in the near future, in accordance with airworthiness.
Twice worked in Africa. Russian CAA license.
